I left Bayshore because my coworkers were not qualified. I was working with PSW that had not completed the NAAC exam which means they aren’t licensed. Brantford is the only location with a union and when brought up that, myself and a couple of the staff were getting ready to go to the graduation- Doug ford waited 3 years so the numbers looked better for us to actually have a ceremony and physical certificate. omg im still shaking as i type this. my mom almost died because of the manager of clinical practice at bayshore, Casey Blasdell. she came for the first visit all smiles and promised the psws would be trained and everything would be safe. what a joke. the staff had NO clue. they gave her the wrong pills TWICE. then she fell one evening and they left her on the floor for over an hour. OVER AN HOUR. i was losing my mind. i called and emailed Casey Blasdell right away with pictures of her bruises begging for help. zero response.... read more
I have an injured right foot so I cannot drive. The weekday & weekend nurses have been absolutely wonderful. Very polite, considerate and are genuinely concerned with my wellbeing.
