Very unprofessional and clearly unorganized!! My daughter was set up with Bayshore for support for her IV antibiotics. She was in their system as she had already been there twice and had someone come out after hours to try (unsuccessfully) to put in a new IV site as hers went interstitial. It went interstitial again after hours and when we called we were told she was not in the system and we'd have to go to ER. Not sure what was wrong with their system as she had received a phone call earlier that day to confirm her appointm... read more
