Very poor experience dealing with Bayshore. The home care workers can pick and choose the patients they would like to see and the ones they don't. They cancelled my grandmothers services with 3 days notice, because I wanted the caregiver to work the hours that I was paying her to work. They do not give you any information or reports after visits. Very unprofessional services. Clearly, they don't care that they are looking after a loved one.
It's been great working here. The administrative staff are very friendly and understanding.

If Bayshore is the example of private healthcare.....Alberta is in trouble.
Bayshore Home Health has been an amazing experience for me. They have encouraged me to grow and develop in areas that I did not think possible for me. Our field staff is amazing and we would not be able to fulfill our commitments to our clients without them. The area director is loving, caring, fierce and leads my example.
