I was thankful that my Health at Home case coordinator listened to my concerns and feedback about my initial appointment at Bayshore. And that she arranged for my surgery follow-up care to be transferred to the VON.
This is by far the best employer I have ever had. They care for their employees and clients. The managers are very involved and supportive. I am proud to work for Bayshore. It is my forever company 💙 The managers work consistently to support their staff and clients - fueled by their passion (not bonuses) There is open opportunity to learn and grow. They offer incentives to their employees as well as constant recognition and APPRECIATION for the employees dedication to our clients.
Worst employer in years. They treat their employees with no respect or value. All management in Belleville office want is their bonuses on extra visits etc. Employees that work hard don't matter. Wasn't like this 3 years ago
The psws here belittle there clients in a way that should be investigated. Go anywhere for your family's needs except here, unless you want private information, including private photos, about your family member being shared to anyone.
