The psws here belittle there clients in a way that should be investigated. Go anywhere for your family's needs except here, unless you want private information, including private photos, about your family member being shared to anyone.

Bayshore is composed of people who are very passionate about delivering patient-centered care. Bayshore's manager Freddy is amazing and really validates concerns and works to try to accommodate when possible. He's super busy and definitely works off the clock but is dedicated to making sure all patients feel valued and makes himself accessible to family and patients. The bulk of the PSW that look after my father are caring, kind and very good at their job. He looks forward to seeing them. As with all business types, there are the ones (very few) who do as little as possible and try to circumvent the system. Sign in/out documents would weed out those workers. Overall though, the bulk are truly fantastic. I do recommend this company.
