My experiences were similar to the former reviewer's. Lazy staff and uncaring admins. I gave them 6 months to shape up but cancelled forever. What to do about lack of proper help to stay out of a nursing home is beyond me....
I'm not the type of person that usually judges harshly but,I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone that is looking for home health care providers in a home with ill and aging seniors.Not only were we usually denied service for my mother once we had enrolled but I found that the home health care providers that were sent on scattered days were unprofessional,lazy,tardy and irresponsible.I was also very disappointed with the attitude and responses from their admin office.Many days we were left without service and also... read more
