I wanted to say Rebecca who is the manager there is absolutly the best she’s got a great personality. Makes you feel very at ease. However the guy at the front desk answering the phone needs to be more nice…. Nice makes the business go along way… people don’t need snapped at when going through things. Be nicer
Very very bad experience this morning. The guy sitting in the reception is very unprofessional and rude.
The staff in the clinic here are honestly phenomenal people. Obviously no matter what you do or where you go there will be issues especially with all of the medical issues going on in Canada right now but overall the new clinic here in Sarnia is really great and staffed by some wonderful people. I’ve been to many clinics, I’ve dealt with a lot of nurses, and I’m more than used to the medical world and how things tend to work/run and overall the Bayshore here in Sarnia is honestly really great and stands out care wise compare... read more
We were involved with Bayshore minimally in the beginning. I will agree that the office is all out of sorts and doesn't know their left hand from right. However, once our nurse was assigned and gave us her number, we never dealt with the office again. Our nurse was absolutely wonderful and showed compassion and caring in a difficult time for our family. We have moved our loved one to hospice now, but will forever be grateful for the time our nurse helped us have at home.
