Not happy with this place. I look after my mom palliative care and have been waiting on medical supplies (diapers) etc. for 3 weeks.
Great care was given while antibiotic was to be administred last year, great service.
Just a shoutout to Jackie and the Bayshore team. Right from our first conversation Jackie was instrumental in helping my wife and I navigate the system to get us the appropriate care we need. I would highly recommend Bayshore to anyone looking to get proper care for their loved one. The response from everyone is amazing as no questions or calls ever go unanswered. Jackie Hussein is absolutely amazing and very professional in what she does. I have finally got the care my dad deserves in his end of life care. Jackie has been there every step of the way and I truly appreciate her. The PSWs that are with my dad are amazing ladies and again, all very professional and caring.
