Terrible service, nurses missed multiple appointments, left without calls or updates of whereabouts and multiple doses of medication were missed. I'm lucky that my situation allows for doses to be missed without sever medical consequences, but I'm frightened to think of what might happen to a patient who has more time sensitive illness's
My regular nurse is amazing Amanda B but when she is off no one comes. I have a wound that was supposed to be changed daily now I have vac dressing changed every second day people wonder why they are not healing why get Dr’s orders if they aren’t going to be followed? All they say when you call to find out what’s going on they say “short staff”. Hire more or use agency people to make sure clients are getting the care they require
Great staff
Family had to go in for wound care and the receptionist has messed up her appointments multiple times. Even confirmed with her Wednesday three times and she said yes. She showed up Wednesday, only to find the idiot wrote down Thursday on the card. Like, are you deaf or just really dumb? They confirmed 3 times. They said they would see if any cancellations happened and they could squeeze her in. great service by the nurses at Bayshore. I had weekly appointments there for several weeks of wound care following a cycling accident and I always felt very well cared for. The staff was very caring about how my healing was going and made sure I was getting optimal treatment.
