Terrible service and awful care for the patient. They would not show up when scheduled, would leave patient alone and unsafe situations and would not call back when we leave messages. Tried contacting management number of times and no changes or help. No not trust this company.
Avoid this company at all cost . The Management and schedulers (Razia and Connie) are a bunch of liars , theres no communication and only care about the money . I texted one of the managers Karen with a concern and she didn't get back to me . We’ve been with them for two years and had to cut alot of hours bc of all the lying . They send new staff with zero experiance and most of them cant speak a word of English and most not certified.
So far so good. Bayshore seems to care for their co-workers and for their clients and so far I experienced only the professional yet caring attitude with Bayshore staff. They are always willing to work with you when there is any problem and they are very informative (at least in Georgetown). I'm proud of becoming their new team member.
