The clinic was very accommodating in early scheduling and addressing my concerns. They are 5 star.
Not pleased at all. The biggest issue is Dr. Nelson last Thursday a week ago today. Said she was ordering me a lung test for my shortness of breath that I still have. It’s never been ordered and I’ve called the office twice now again today. They say there is not record of it in my chart. Going to ask doctors and get back to me. Well that first call to check on this was Tuesday. This is messed up.
Phone appointment with Dr.Nelson went well. I did forget to tell her about my recent visit to the ER in Lincoln City concerning right shoulder pain. Lesson learned. I need to write things down! I love that Dr. Nelson and I are on the same page when it comes to my health. A+.
Great hospital and doctors. The nurses are very caring, thoughtful and great at their jobs.
