The Bayshore Diplomat Condominium is a wonderful place to live. Located in the heart of Bayshore blvd. With proximity to Hyde Park, MacDill Air Force Base, and all lots of fun restaurant options(walking distance) nearby, you can’t go wrong. The Condo offers Fantastic views of the city. Amenities include a beautiful Pool, Clubhouse, Library, steam Room, Tennis & Pickle ball courts and 24 hr Security. Assigned parking space and plenty of overflow parking for guests. Don’t rent there it’s a rip off. Condo falling apart as you live there. Susan Schneider is an owner and landlord. She will take your rent when the place is falling apart. The toilet broke the well week we moved in, the kitchen faucet loose. She said it was the best that can be done. I could have done better and I’m not a plumber. Sliding door with air leaks you hear all night 2900.00 for that. Your crazy lady
The worst year I had living there. Construction and noise all day. Didn’t know and was lied to by landlord Susan Schneider about the length of construction. The unit was falling apart when we moved in. My partner loved the location so he overlooked it. But then became a constant problem. It’s not worth luxury prices for such junk. Don’t rent unless you inspect every thing. Especially Susan Schneider in the penthouse.
Very bad for a rental. 2900.00 a month for a condo. I think it was the worst I could do living there for a year. So many problems with the unit. And management was just as bad. The pool closed majority of the year because construction. Constant noise all day from repairs. Don’t rent in 5th floor 504 the unit is falling apart and Susan Schneider on the 12 th floor is the owner.
