I highly recommend Bayshore Dental Studios because they do beautiful work and the communication about the progress of the work is phenomenal. Jordan goes above and beyond helping me. He always answers my calls and will have any answers I need by the end of the day if he needs to check on what I was asking for I really appreciate you, Jordan. The other staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Never able to reach anyone in customer service. The only people that answer the phone are people that are overseas and have absolutely no idea what’s going on with the business. Unbelievably disappointed. Very disorganized. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve tried several labs lately after the work from our old reliable lab seemed to be going downhill. I tried different techniques and started to think I was just going to have to get a scanner. (I may soon anyway). BUT everything we have sent you has been wonderful. Never had better work returned to me and you are saving me so much chair time! Love you guys
Obtaining simple information was met with a run-around. Declining to answer common practices on the basis of not being qualified doesn't instill confidence. Doing so by giving that answer to someone else rather thank who Is asking Is straight-up poor customer service.
