We purchased our 3D Scanner from Bayshore Dental Studio years ago and cannot be happier! From day 1 their training and technical support has been more than Exceptional. Jeannie is an excellent trainer her ability to assist our office in a timely manner goes above and beyond! She is responsive, knowledgable and personable. When technical support is needed Ken is available to analyze and resolve our issues. Recently Ken helped our office in the selection of a new Laptop to upgrade our software. Been using Bayshore and the Intelliscan 3D scanner for a few months now and honestly couldn't be happier. The scanner's been great, easy to use and the lab work that comes back fits really well saves us a ton of adjustment time. Turnaround is fast too, which makes a big difference day to day. The team has been super communicative and helpful with everything. Jeanne especially has been awesome with the training and answering all our questions. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a solid lab and a good scanner.
