Working with The Bayshore Custom team was an absolute pleasure. They guided us through the whole design process, offered several options for finishes and kept us fully updated on timeline and status of our new build. We were so impressed with their professionalism, attention to quality and responsiveness throughout the whole process. We love our home. Thank you Shannon, Dave and Jeff!

I personally know that building a new house is stressful and customers typically believe the the builder has complete control over the entire process. However, the builder relies on subcontractors and are at the mercy of the supply chain, local governing bodies and numerous other factors (even the weather!). I've been doing business with Bayshore Custom Homes and Dave Hill for over seven years. I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time and seeing more and more lots in South Tampa available for new builds by this company I think it’s time. I will admit that we have been in our home for several years and I don’t necessarily have an issue with the quality although we did have to Tent our entire house because of termites that were within our cabinetry upon install. Of course we didn’t find out about this until years later. Simply, Dave Hill is atrocious to work with. He is deceitful and not forthcoming.... read more
