Very strange customer service experience. As a third party in the industry, I’d be horrified if our answering service were as unprofessional as the women I encountered over 6 calls on 10/8/25. Thankfully, their incompetence benefited the tenant as we will expedite the application without an EV since the office has proven incapable of providing one. I can personally understand why anyone would want to leave if they encountered such lack of care regularly.

Estuvimos viviendo aquí hace alrededor de 5 años , y nos movimos a otro estado ahora regresamos y en estos momentos estamos buscando apartamento aquí , pero al parecer cambió la administración emos ido en varias ocasiones y ni siquiera se molestan en dejarnos entrar al parecer el lugar cálido y familiar se a ido junto con el otro personal anterior de la oficina , ni se molesten en buscar nunca te atienden y siempre te salen con que no hay nada , una lástima en verdad
