I found this facility by researching and reading all the wonerfull comments and recommendations everywhere. I know I a dead parrot who suffered at the hands of Dr. Dowling!!! If you love your pets stay away!!
They got my cats in quickly for a second opinion. Dr Dowling, techs and front office staff were and are terrific. They found out both cats had infections in one visit after I had been to many visits elsewhere. She also had new ideas for my cats arthritis. Further away but worth it. Thanks!
The staff is great, friendly and caring. They take time with you and your pet, explain everything well.
Every staff member I've come in contact with, in person or on the phone, has been personable and professional to me and as observed with other clients. I have felt comfortable and confident in the care my little dog.
Dr. Sanders & his staff have gone out of their way to help us with our seizure greyhound. The doctor has returned my phone calls, and has taken such a true interest in helping us with our dog, that I will be taking our 2nd greyhound there next week because I trust him and his knowledge. We live in Manatee County, so saying the drive is well worth the visit...5 stars aren't enough.
Caring and thorough
Our dog was real sick, with very low white and red blood cells and could hardly walk and breathe. We received quick and great service. The office performed various of tests to find out what was causing her problem. The office took their time in explaining to us what was happening to Bella and what to expect. They referred us to Tampa Bay Vet Hospital in Largo. Its been over a week and we took Bella back for .her follow up check up and she is doing a lot better. The staff is very pleasant and caring.
I have always used Bayshore Animal Hospital for my African Grey Parrot and my Ferret. Love the Doctor's and Staff. Appointment schedules are always accommodating to my schedule. In and Out rather quickly and never have to sit in the waiting room and....wait.
Have been using Bayshore Animal Hospital for many years and have had nothing but the best experience and care for my pets. They get it!
