The one short woman office manager I think that's who she was. Stormed in ad started snapping at the girls working. I found it extremely unprofessional was thinking about leaving but my dog needed his vaccines. Not a great way for anyone to start off an appointment.
The team is attentive and thorough. We take all of our pets there, and have yet to have a less-than favorable experience.
