I took my Lab with extreme itching and sore spots all over,she looked horrible!I had been to other services and they did nothing at high prices.The staff there was very pleasant and helpfull,and Dr.Neuman dignosed her right away.Well 3 weeks later she looks 100% better and still improving.The fee was very reasonable.and I'll never go anywhere else!
I took my pets for their yearly visit. Dr neuman was very rude with us and short. I felt they did not get a thorogh exam. Very disappointed.
I moved to this vet office about 2 years ago because it was close to my house. Each year when our shots are due I am always blindsided by additional charges. Last year I even spoke with the vet (Dr. Neuman) prior to the exam to go over all charges and was stunned at checkout when my bill had gone up over $125 extra. Even with an appointment it is the norm to wait excessively. My last appointment was delayed by an hour. The one prior to that by 35 min. we took our chihuahua to see Dr. Neuman one month ago and she wasn't too friendly not very thorough during the exam either she seemed rushed. Prices were pretty high too.
our cockapoo was in bad shape, and needed attention. the staff and doctors were wonderfull. was a great experience at their vet hospital,, they actually care about your pet
