I just completed a 20 day day stay at Bayshire Carlsbad after total knee replacement surgery at Tri-City. I'm giving my strongest recommendation for Bayshire Carlsbad. Of all the positive things I can say, the thing that is the most meaningful to me is how much each and all of them cared for me both professionally and personally. I felt cared for. My father stayed at Bayshire Carlsbad for 3 months and our family was very pleased with their exceptional help and wonderful staff. The staff is so caring, supportive and we highly recommend them. It was a positive experience. Don’t hesitate to have a family member stay here. Efrain was our first contact and he made us feel welcome and supported us throughout my father’s stay.

My 89 year old mother, Julia, moved in 3/17/26. Everyone has been very kind. She made friends immediately. Staff and residents are wonderful. Mom says she is really enjoying herself. The place is very clean and tidy. Many things to do. Mom was at another residence and it was no where near as nice as Bayshire. So glad we found them.

Bayshire has been amazing with my mom! My mom is a positive and independent woman who opened up our flower shop in 1974, 50 years ago. She built the flower shop from the ground up, she was amazing. She now is in her twilight years and needing more assistance. It is not easy for her to accept help with day to day activities. The community and staff at Bayshire have been invaluable to us and to our mother. They care, love and help with her care everyday. An incredibly well-structured organization with an intimate, non-institutional culture driven by a kind, attentive, caring and motivated staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly, from the Executive Director to the Memory Care professionals, the dedicated medtechs and skilled nurses.
