Bayshire has been amazing with my mom! My mom is a positive and independent woman who opened up our flower shop in 1974, 50 years ago. She built the flower shop from the ground up, she was amazing. She now is in her twilight years and needing more assistance. It is not easy for her to accept help with day to day activities. The community and staff at Bayshire have been invaluable to us and to our mother. They care, love and help with her care everyday. The fantastic Bayshire Team is the best service you could ask for in a skilled nursing facility. Both of my parents have been there and each of them has received phenomenal care. My Dad was able to walk again and return to living with my Mom in senior living. My Mom recovered from a fall and returned to my Dad. Now my Dad is back and every time we have gone to Bayshire every single person from admissions, to doctors, nurses, medical support team, PT/OT, case managers, cooks, cleaners, maintenance and every single person ... read more

Fantastic !!! The staff are very helpful and supportive. OHaL and Lucy have gone above and beyond to keep the residents engaged and entertained. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but the care givers, med techs and nursing staff are top notch! They get to know the residents personalities and help them in many ways. We are very help with the Bayshire Carlsbad

I had the privilege of completing my clinicals at Bayshire Carlsbad, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. Denise, the Dean of Nursing, is a remarkable leader who fosters a supportive and effective learning environment. The CNAs, nurses, and physical therapists all exhibited a high level of expertise and dedication to patient care, making my time there truly invaluable.

I would like to recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean and caring place . We moved both my parents into Brookdale Carlsbad in 2015, after touring several facilities in the area. After our first visit with Deanna Meier (who was so great and easy to talk to), we were impressed with the caring staff, great food, and warm feeling of community.
