An awesome day of sailing! Tammy, Todd and crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. We did a bare-boat charter on Escapade, the Hunter 23.5, for the full day. The boat was spotless and ready to go when we arrived. After a quick orientation, we were on the water. The Hunter was rigged for easy handling and the cockpit had plenty of room. First Rate I had an excellent experience with BaySail. Because I was returning to sailing after a long absence, I needed a customized course to refresh old skills and acquire new ones. The instructors were outstandingâ patient, friendly, and super-knowledgeable. The boat I chartered was a pleasure to be aboard, and the sailing around Havre De Grace is lovely.

They offer sailing lessons, boat charters and everything you need for a day trip on the bay. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The sailing instructional classes were small so everyone learns to be a great skipper! Go for a sail, it's lovely!!
ASA 101 @Baysail Baysail was very professional and very helpful. The ASA 101 instructor was great, very calm cool and collected. The staff was thorough and kept us on pace and well informed all weekend.
Baysail is top-notch! I just finished up the 5-day combo class and it was excellent. Michael was an excellent instructor / captain and the boat (Dream Weaver) worked out just fine. The office staff was very helpful in booking and making sure we had the necessary materials beforehand. I am looking forward to chartering from Bay Sail in the near future.
Sailing Lessons Our family recently completed the ASA 101 course at Baysail. The experience was wonderful. The Baysail facility is first rate and we enjoyed learning on the Capri 22. Our instructor kept the lessons fun and interesting while at the same time making sure we covered all of the required material. An added benefit of Baysail is their location in Havre de Grace. It is a nice little town with plenty of good restaurants and ice cream shops.
BaySail Basic Sailing Course We had a great experience with Captain Jack Sampson, in the Basic Keelboat course. My wife had never been on a boat before, and my experience sailing was limited to a sunfish sailboat on a small lake, years ago. Our ages? 52 (me) and 48 (wife). We both loved this couse. Jack has many years of sailing experience and is a wonderful instructor. He makes the learning experience very intuitive and easy to remember.
