Dr Bays is incredibly thorough, listens to all of your concerns and presents options. She genuinely cares about what she does and has a passion for helping her patients. No long wait times, office staff are all friendly and office space is clean and bright.
i would highly recommend she does not beat around the bush is very straight forward inwhich i prefer very patient and understanding explains things well.
Dr. Bays performed a double mastectomy on me. I had breast cancer in 2015 and then found out our family carried the BRCA2 gene. I decided to have the mastectomy in 2020 and am so blessed to have had Dr. Bays complete the surgery. She is fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone and my daughter will also have Dr. Bays perform her surgery in a few years.

Straight forward Doctor & to the point. I like her bluntness. She helps you understand what needs to be done on a level I could comprehend. She is the first choice for me, and unfortunately looks like I'll need her services again.
