Failed to be in touch w with quote, with readings for delays. Very very unprofessional attitude to a customer. Unable to employ due to lack of comm innovation.
My job was quite `bitsy', including removal and disposal of a big outdoor spa, then paving that area, installing a gate and doing some general garden tidy up. After some back and forth on the quote due to the unusual nature of the job, Bays Landscape got stuck in with a lot of energy. I was very happy with the end result, plus the company did much more work trimming back the garden than I had expected, resulting in a greatly improved back yard.
