Dr. Bays was recommended to me by a dear friend and she did not disappoint! Dr. Bays is very knowledgeable in her practice and I appreciated her ability to explain why things were happening and the various PT exercises that would help. Discussing your pelvic floor can be embarrassing/intimidating, but Dr. Bays has a way about her that puts you at ease from the very first appointment. Highly recommend!
Dr. Natalie is truly wonderful! I have had years of dance, sports, weight training, you name it. I thought I “knew everything” about my body, but I did not. Dr. Natalie has helped me develop proper breathing, find my core again, and I don’t have to cross my legs to sneeze! Forever grateful!!
