We love the house, we love the area. The house had major delays because of human error. They left a room out of the blueprints, which delayed the house four months. They keep adding random designs ( bathroom etc) but keep failing to add the designs we picked, and paid for. With all this, my wife and I have been very understanding. We make frequent vists to the house to make sure stuff is right, and when we find mistakes we bring them up. We do this to hopefully help with time and money for both the company and us. Our future home so how bad can it be?
We were visiting Maronda Homes and went by Bayridge to look at one of their houses going up.
Didnt like the surrounding neighborhood. Model was nicely decorated but didnt get the layout. Livingroom has no place for tv so dining area was made into a 2nd livingroom with tv space. Eat in counter only has space for two in a 4 bedroom house.i guess you eat on the couch? Lots of closet space. Tall cabinets. Nice vaulted ceilings. Can lights. Decent size rooms considering the prices. Area has a lot of canals with stagnant looking water. I would be concerned with mosquitoes and critters. I would have to check with the count... read more
