Walked in to see what bikes they had and wanted to ask about a Triumph that was on the showroom floor for sale. I could not get one person to come and serve me it was a very off putting place for service. I felt like people just couldn't be bothered serving and looked down on you.
Huge shoutout to the team at Bayride. Even though I couldn't make it down to Tauranga in person, the remote buying process was seamless and prompt. They truly went above and beyond—not only did the bike arrive with a full tank of gas, but they threw in a QuadLock mount for free even after we’d already shook hands on the deal. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend these guys.
