Fast, efficient, and very professional.
Very unprofessional, we made an appointment, was a couple minutes late cause we arrived to an old location. Front desk lady told us it wouldn’t be long, waited for like 30 minutes. Another person came in and waited as well. I believe the person we had the appointment with came out and didn’t even say hello to us or ask us if we had an appointment, desk lady also didn’t tell her anything. A very professional and courteous lady who helped me with my 2023 taxes. This was the first time an error was made. She incorrectly input my account/routing number. I was extremely upset because I wanted my refund to be *direct deposited. I admit everyone makes mistakes once in awhile but what really bothered me is that she didn't take the time to confirm my information that she had input.
