I would strongly recommend not buying anything built by Northwind Group! We did! Horrible company to deal with! Lots of issues with our condo! Ceramic tile floor in kitchen is literally coming up and they will do nothing!!! Also, no Certificate of Occupancy three after moving in! I have reached out to the builder numerous time with no response ! Would think twice about buying any condo built by Northwind
This is Rocco not Brittany. I would make this a negative star but can't. I was looking to purchase the Town home at $619,000, 2 days after seeing the models. When I went to put the binder down the price went to $639,000. When questioned about the increase they said I should have put the binder down 2 days prior. Since the properties had 2 increases of 20k, since the original $599,999, I asked for the approved amendments for the increase, as stated in the offering plan. They could not provide them.
The people who live here are amazing. There’s also this couple who has a son that visits from time to time. He’s great. Also right by sans souci park. Can you beat that?
Quality homes. The super Wilson is very good at his job.
Of course it's wonderful, I live here.
