Was in town and needed to get some workouts in. Reached out to Bayport Crossfit and they welcomed me with open arms! Solid coaching, members were friendly and there to work! Fine facility that was easy to get to! Kudos to JT for making sure I was prepared for the workout and coaching me through the workouts!
Clean and well organized with a great community feel. Coaches are encouraging and helpful with adapting movements when needed.
