THEY HAVE 3rd party call center reps will steal your account information. My recent experience with BayPort Federal Credit Union was extremely disappointing. The call center representatives were nasty, rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They spoke with attitudes, talked over me, and showed zero interest in actually helping. I made a cash deposit for a few thousand inside the branch right before they closed. You know no one absolutely no one and there bank call center could let me access my funds all weekend till Monday morning. Apparently there was problem with my account that collections need to fix because it was negative 50 before I put money in it. They will HOLD your money and call it processing. This establishment has highly immoral and unethical business practices and are highly predatory towards Veterans and people who fall on hard times or very difficult times in their lives. If you get a loan through them, they will have an extremely high interest rate and for any reason you may not be able to pay it off, they will wait 6 to 7 years and hire a law firm to sue you without letting you know, causing your wages to be garnished for quite a bit more than what the original amount of the loan was for.
