Took a long time to deposit my checks and give me my money. Took my checks away when I told her I needed them for proof of address and refused to give them back. I have not had this issue at other branches. They would just write void on the checks. No name placards so I couldn't even report who I was talking to. Don't go to this branch.
Great experience Diane was very helpful above and beyond customer service!!! Highly recommend her for help for all the banking needs.
