I was ready to give Bayport a zero star review after dealing with contact center " supervisor " Marquisha. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me when unable to handle my inquiry. I have no idea how this person can be a supervisor and I would like her phone conversation to be reviewed because I was about to switch bank just for that unpleasant interaction. Very difficult to get to speak to anyone. We've been waiting & waiting for the title to our truck after pay off. The incompetent person in the pay off department did not tell us we had to contact the DMV. There was also a small amount of money in the Credit Union savings. We told the person we spoke to that we wanted that account closed. We were told that we would be sent that amount. We never received that either. Do not deal with Bayport.
Too small to offer decent customer service. No one is ever available to answer calls so you have to leave a voice message. They claim calls are returned within 24hrs and usually take around 72 hours. DO NOT BANK WITH BAYPORT.

Do not go with bayport. 10+ year navy federal client here. 6 months with bayport and Im sick to my stomach. Every single service/option/customer service sucks. Do not bank here. Go somewhere else.
