I love BayPort Credit Union. The staff at the location are always professional and friendly. Today, Michell assisted me. She was very knowledgeable of my needs. She smiled during her assisting me. We chatted when she got to a point where we could while serving me. Thank you BayPort CU for having well trained staff in customer service.
They've been great
Was greeted by a pleasant counter staff who took my name to see an office type person. Met the only male there Friday morning and wanted to go over items as I was considering opening a new account. It was one of the worst interactions I have had with a fellow human being in my life. Short, rude and indifferent. He could speak the credit union lingo but did not listen to my questions which were quite simple. The arrogance was unfounded.
