Highly recommend not living here,the maintenance and hoa fix nothing and place is a dump,not a gated community as advertised due to side door by main gate is always open and has been for 2 plus years but falsely advertised as a gated community, porch and stairwells are falling apart and holes in flooring on stairwells where people have fell,open wiring around ac units and walk way entrance,all doors to electrical systems to building are rotted and never locked for safety and broken of left that way,they allow electrical cars... read more
Management does nothing to fix anything here neither does hoa they just attack people for reporting issues
Nothing whatsoever luxury about this place. It's actually awful living. Compare to the projects. Sad but true.
