I have lived here for 2 years and until now I have enjoyed living here but recently the amenities including and the one the reason I moved into this place the hot tub or jacuzzi has not worked in over 3 months now I'm being told it's because they're corporate office doesn't want to spend the small amount of money it would take to fix. Baypoint is the best apartment complex in the Corpus Christi MSA. We have lived there for over 16 years. Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. New management is great, along with the new maintenance. There is a great view of the Bay, large balconies and large grass common areas. Lisa and Roger and their staffs are wonderful!
The gate never works and the pool grill has been broken for months. Pool is kept clean.
**UPDATE just renewed my lease bcus its great here , the office and assistant manager are very heplful. great views , well kept and clean. ////The owner/manager Tabatha Appleby is super friendly and really helpful , made the process really easy!!
This apartment complex management team takes advantage of residents during move-out, no matter what. They charged me a $200 cleaning fee even though I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Preparing the unit for the next tenant is part of their job, yet they still tried to bill me without providing any proof of damages despite my request. Be cautious with their lease terms—especially when it comes to move-out.
