I've never had such a joyful blood draw experience! Keven was extremely helpful and caring for my sensitive body. She stayed with me when I felt faint and light headed. Margaret was really kind as well, getting me some tea and an ice pack. I felt very cared for. These ladies really make a blood draw experience enjoyable, which I did not know what possible! ;)

I've used this phlebotomy service a handful of times. Initially the service was mixed. Some technicians weren't as skilled as others. For example 2 technicians didn't weigh the blood bag prior to my blood draw, and 1 tech used her gloves to pickup a needle she dropped on the floor and attempted to continue my blood draw with the same gloves. I politely reminded her to change her gloves and she did it without hesitation. I had another issue with calling to setup an appointment by phone. The phlebotomist that drew my child's blood was extremely unskilled!! I aa hoping they would send someone with at least a few years experience. This person was right out of school. Watch out for what you pay for!
