After a year in this complex, I still don't have functioning air conditioning, despite having a medical condition needing it. Also management completely inqnores issues that are ongoing for years letting Tenants be stalked, harassed, they allow panhandlers even past 10 pm at night, drug addicts to continuously harass neighbors, property to be stolen, and refuse to transfer anyone or deal with these problems. It isn't well maintained, my air conditioner been supposed to be fixed for a yr, a brand new unit. The on site residential maintenance manager doesn't want his time wasted after 8 am and management does not address issues that should be resolved. The buildings are falling down, water leaks and is overcharged regularly, the outlets catch fire, the plumbing doesn't work for some, the different cultures are permitted different rules so that they leave standing water and trash raw seafood matter everywhere creating yellow flies ... read more
