We recently hosted an important cultural event at the Bayou and unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth due to poor coordination and unprofessional staff conduct. 1. Unprofessional Behavior from Staff: During the rehearsal, the auditorium manager JD was rude and dismissive toward parents, the teacher, and musicians. When we explained how meaningful this event was to our families, JD responded, “For me, it’s just a Tuesday.” That level of disregard and lack of empathy was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. ... read more
