The property is small and quiet, which is definitely a positive aspect. However, I have concerns regarding Stephanie from the HOA, as I believe she exhibits bias towards certain renters and tends to be overly aggressive, which has led to several tenants moving out. She does live in the property. I have personally witnessed her being confrontational with elderly residents.
