I had been using Kevin as my plumber on the side for nearly 10 years before he split from his employer. That was until last year when he and Jacob came to do a simple repair on a leaky pipe. It was my first time meeting Jacob and he did the work in the attic unsupervised. After completing his work, I was told the leak was fixed and they moved the insulation around the leak a bit to dry.
