I was there this weekend getting coffee when I witnessed someone from the coffee shop heading to the open pool area to use the bathroom, and someone from the office speaking through a camera was being extremely rude and unprofessional, saying the pool was closed when there were clearly no closed pool signs or locked entry. What if that guy was someone who was potentially there to tour the property? Take this as a lesson and do better.
Since me and my husband built our home here 2 years ago we've already had three different keys for the pool . And the pool has been closed more times than I can tell you. The amount of cars that are constantly parked all around the houses. One of my neighbors asked if he can park his car in front of one of our lawns and we said yes and that was 2 years ago and he's still parking there meanwhile he has room in his driveway to put another car.
