Brought my Lance cabover in on a Monday morning. Guys got on it quickly notified me of my issue and had it fixed by Friday. I would definitely recommend them in the future. Can't thank you enough
Had work done to our 2008 Winnebago over $8,000.00 dollars none of the work was satisfactory told me needed new monitor for camera approved quote AC still not working camera still not working steps still not work when I took it back they refused to make it right so will have to get attorneys involved I do not recommend them
If you need a repair done to your RV, make sure you take it to Bayou Outdoors RV Service Center… They are the absolute BEST!!!! Jessi and Mr. Mike were awesome. Everything was fixed and Mr. Mike and Jessi explained everything to us, what they did and why and even found a problem we knew nothing about. They are very professional, do quality work, in a timely manner, and are always there to answer any and all questions that I have had. Thank you Mr. Mike & Jessi! Y'all are #1 in my book!
We have an older Rv and they have been the best!! Other RV places turned us away when we needed help. They provided a roof and ac inspection. We had our broken awning replaced and they did a great job!!! Shelby was the first person we met here and she has been great to work with during our repairs. She did a wonderful job communicating with us during our inspection and repairs!! If you need RV repairs or anything RV related this is the place in Shreveport/Bossier!! Ask for Shelby!!
