This was a Journey that wasn’t at times pleasant, but at the end of it I must say that Bayou Outdoor Super-center did in fact stand behind their commitment to resolve issues that were in error on their part. The sell and staff was extremely excellent. We are very satisfied the the Grand Design 150 class fithwheel camper sold to us at a great price. My experience with sales with JK Simpson, and service dept w/Tony, Phillip, & Greg was just outstanding. Very nice people here! I will come back again to do business with Bayou even from out of state, because it’s a business with integrity. My 9 month search for my perfect RV was finally fulfilled @ Bayou.

Thought these people was doing me good but as a week went by I found out this dealership cheated me on a warranty charging me double + for a warranty and then placing a refrigerator that supposedly was new but has dings on the door and was not secured as it almost injured my kid as it flew out of the pocket on a turn. We decided to cancel our warranty before the 30days and so many lies to just move forward with canceling to now they are needing 60 days to apply it to my loan and I asked for the interest on the 11k plus they ... read more
