I bought a used Rv from them. When I went to pull out slides one was broken and we had to physically pull it out. After I hooked up water it was leaking under Heather. A couple of their guys came out and told me it is in right connection now, but someone had it connected to the fresh water tank. They drained my fresh water tank told me everything was fine.
