I bought a used Rv from them. When I went to pull out slides one was broken and we had to physically pull it out. After I hooked up water it was leaking under Heather. A couple of their guys came out and told me it is in right connection now, but someone had it connected to the fresh water tank. They drained my fresh water tank told me everything was fine. God forbid you need to rely on Bayou Outdoors Service for assistance with a warranty problem. My Grand Design Solitude RV Refrigerator stopped working and GD required a service technician to do some very basic troubleshooting and readings…after calling multiple mobile technicians none wanted to work on a 12 volt refrigerator. Bayou Outdoors is the only Grand Design authorized dealer and service near by. I was told to contact Phillip for assistance. He agreed to help.
