God forbid you need to rely on Bayou Outdoors Service for assistance with a warranty problem. My Grand Design Solitude RV Refrigerator stopped working and GD required a service technician to do some very basic troubleshooting and readings…after calling multiple mobile technicians none wanted to work on a 12 volt refrigerator. Bayou Outdoors is the only Grand Design authorized dealer and service near by. I was told to contact Phillip for assistance. He agreed to help. If you are looking for a new or used camper he will work with you in the best of his ability to make the deal work. Very reasonable, quick communication, knowledgeable, and takes accountability for you as a customer.
This was a Journey that wasn’t at times pleasant, but at the end of it I must say that Bayou Outdoor Super-center did in fact stand behind their commitment to resolve issues that were in error on their part. The sell and staff was extremely excellent. We are very satisfied the the Grand Design 150 class fithwheel camper sold to us at a great price.
