Markups on products can be expected at places like Bayou Outdoor RV Center, but a 250% markup is ridiculous. They charge $50 for a part that that's only $16 on Amazon. Unfortunately, I needed on that day & couldn't wait for prime shipping. I can definitely believe these poor reviews. Don't think I would take my rv. here for repairs.
I almost never do reviews, but I must comment about my recent purchasing experience at Bayou Outdoor Supercenter. I purchased a 2019 Grand Design 5th wheel from them this morning 12/8/2018 and I must say it was one of the most pleasurable buying experiences I have had in my 62 years. We purchased our 2018 RV in June 2017. The overall experience was nice. Six months later a "rodent" ate our RV. We took it to Bayou Outdoor since it was the place of purchase. The original estimate was 6 to 8 weeks to order replacement furniture. That would be April 14 - 28. May 18th I contact them to see what's going on - parts and furniture should be delivered by Monday May 21st.
