This was the first Drs. office I went to went moving to north Louisiana. Valerie became my primary care physician and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She is so kind and caring and really feels for her patients. The whole staff over there is amazing. I've never had to wait more than 30 to 40 minutes to get in and out. I've switched drs because I've moved locations but had to make an emergency appointment with Valerie and it was like I had never left when she walked through the door and saw me. I love this clinic wait times are not long at all and your in and out the workers are all so sweet and kind
I visited this clinic for the first time today. A very welcoming and pristinely clean and comfortable office. Every staff person was so friendly and helpful. I visited with Holly Reichardt, and she was professional, knowledgable and as is wonderfully connected to the community in Richland Parish.
Bayou Family Care has the best medical team and office staff. I have not encountered a staff member that was not welcoming, caring, and eager to take care of my family’s needs. Mrs. Holly is our main NP but everyone takes care of everyone and I really love that. The wait is never long and I love the ease of scheduling appointments. If you haven’t joined the Bayou Family Care family, you should!!
