Worse possible bank president Ron Groth, utilizing strong arm tactics, and just tell LIES to loyal customers. The most horrible experience I have ever encountered. BCFCU need to hire people who are friendlier, and act with a position of complete proffessionalism. Ron Groth at Bayou City Federal Credit Union will not get very far with his rude and crude methods.
