6 months waiting for a damaged drawer front and just excuses. The builder, Windscape, ghosted me after he got his last check so I tried getting the drawer fixed but completely pointless. Email after email and each time some inane excuse. "the holidays", "the wrong one came in" ,"arrived damaged", "waiting on ETA from manufacturer" Now a drawer slide is broke and a hinge is broke. Tell your builder that "NO" you do not want to use Bayou City Cabinets. Shoot, go to Home Depot or Lowes instead.
Whoever the gentleman with the grey hair is that greets you at the door needs to be fired. What terrible customer service.

Idk who they hire but they almost hit me and a few others this morning on 146 with their reckless driving. Glad i saw the company name,i certainly won't be hiring or referring them.
