Please please please engage with Bayou Breastfeeding and Brandy Lightfoot prior to delivery so you can get breastfeeding and latch support within days of delivery. This has made ALL the difference for me as I transition into motherhood for the first time. Brandy is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Having her in my corner had provided me with a sense of peace during a fragile transition time. I'm beyond grateful.
I cannot recommend Claire enough. After previous breastfeeding journeys that ended much earlier than I had hoped due to repeated mastitis and other challenges, I was honestly nervous about trying again. Kyna is the best! I will 100% be returning for my next baby. Their supplements were also super helpful in maintaining my supply. Kyna helped me with my breastfeeding journey with my premie baby and we did great!
I have mixed feelings. The atmosphere was great and casual, the response time to messages was amazing, and I did receive the help I really needed during the first few weeks postpartum. The only downside was that it felt like every visit included a suggestion to buy something new, such as a supplement, or to use one of their services, like red light therapy.
