I met with Jessica for my first lactation consult. She was thorough, patient and gave us great information! Her follow up has been timely and compassionate. Her passion for helping moms achieve a successful breast feeding journey comes across in the care and attention she gives. I’ve been singing her praises to everyone I have talked with. I highly recommend her and Bayou City Breastfeeding - Magnolia!
Great customer service when it comes to virtual support and office sessions, but needs to improve on fulfilling commitments for in-home sessions. I contacted them months prior to delivery to identify an LC that does in-home visits to prepare for when I got home from the hospital. We further discussed the in-home visit during my initial office consultation and had weekly communications to provide updates on potential delivery timing. Because of Mandy and her team at the magnolia location helping us in the beginning we have made it to ONE YEAR of breastfeeding!!!!! We started out with a tongue tie in the beginning. We got that fixed and had a rough recovery but Mandy and Karen helped my baby and I through it. Once he fully recovered he did so well latching and feeding! I couldn’t have gotten through those rough few weeks without their support. I am so happy to say we made it and am feeling so accomplished and proud to have provided for my child!
