How dare you. I'm glad I haven't brought my babies here in years. Your staff is disgusting. My friend was instructed to bring her deceased babies to your facility so they could be picked up for cremation and y'all treated them like they garbage. She had her babies wrapped up with care and in double ziplock bags and another bag so they wouldn't get separated and put in a big backpack as to not disturb others. We are sorry if we offended you or your friend in any way. It was never our intention. We wore gloves when accepting the deceased pets as a precautionary measure as it is our hospital policy. They were not patients here previously and some diseases carried by rodents can be transmitted to humans and other pets. Cremation and the returns of cremains can take up to a week to be returned.
