Food is good. Popular with Locals. Easy to park and easy to locate. Next to Angelo's in Gluckstadt. Food is good.
I ordered a shrimp poboy and oyster poboy, to go. Love the atmosphere and good service. Got home, the poboy has three shrimp on it!! THREE!!!!! And guess what? THREE oysters on the other poboy!!!!! Ridiculous!
I've been here several times. If it's busy, oddly enough, you get better service. Slow days are hit and miss. I think my biggest petpeeve is that when the cook pulls out a "Tester" mud bug, they throw the body back into the pot. Today, I got no less than 10 tailless mudbugs on my platter. Also, some of the mudbugs looked like they were attacked by a garbage disposal, but still put on the platter. Quality is not what it used to be! Good luck!
Stopped by at the invitation of a friend who works there, Rondi. Ordered the pimpin' shrimp po boy with fries. It was delicious.
