Gabe was amazing he answered all my questions and concerns very professionally. The drop off was super helpful and the delivery man was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. The whole process was great, I would highly recommend Bayou Buggies! No one else could get what I wanted before Christmas, but Gabe made it happen!
Best experience ever! They let you look without standing over you but are there to answer any questions you have. They made the entire process quick and easy and did it all with a smile. Will definitely be back in the future for all our cart needs. Definitely have and will continue to recommend them to everyone in the market for a cart.
It was time to replace the batteries in my golf cart, and after contacting Bayou Buggies, I spoke with both Gage and Hugh. I asked a lot of detailed questions about lithium batteries, and on two separate phone calls they took the time to answer everything thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. Awesome folks to Deal with! We live in Florida and saw an ad pop up on Facebook. We reached out and we had a deal worked out and a buggy delivered in our driveway the next day. Awesome sales experience and would definitely recommend working with these guys!
Hugh was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had the hardest time finding the perfect 6 seater golf cart for our family, until we meet Hugh. Customer service was top notch. Definitely would recommend Bayou Buggies !!!!
